Swot analysis:
When the marketing department or in any particular area of a company requires generating changes or developing strategies, a situation analysis is recommended as a basis.
It allows identifying various aspects that should be considered before making changes in the organization. Consider 4 important criteria:

External
Control
Non-controllable factors

Strength:
Qualities that separate you from competitors.
Tangible asset such as intellectual property, capital, proprietary technologies, etc.
Things your company does well.
Examples: Standardized processes, use technology, have a diversity of branches, among others.
Weaknesses:
Things your company lacks.
Resources limitations.
Things your competitors do better than you.
Unclear unique selling proposition.
Examples: little time in the market, they do not have certification, among others.
Opportunities:
Few competitors in your area.
Emerging need for your products or services.
Underserved markets for specific products.
Examples: Reduction of taxes on our products, the government offers free training, congresses are held to link with others companies, among others.
Threats:
Changing regulatory environment.
Changing customer attitudes toward your company.
Emerging competitors.
Examples: New competitors, increased tariffs, greater legal regulation, among others.
Marketing implementation:
Is the process that turns marketing plans into action assignments and ensures that such assignments are executed in a manner that accomplishes the plan’s stated objectives
Good implementation is critical to the overall success of the organization.
Process that converts marketing strategies and plans into actions to achieve objectives.
