Lidership.
Do you consider yourself a boss or a leader?
What is a boss?
A boss is the person who is in charge of sending the other people who work with or for him. It is like a monarchy, the boss is "the king", he is in charge of sending his "subordinates" who have been the employees.
What is a leader?
A leader is a person who strives to work well with his team, motivates you and encourages you to be better and work better, all the effort of a good leader is reflected in a good job without seeing any annoyance from any member of the team, a leader does not necessarily have to be someone of a higher position.
What is the difference between a leader and a boss?
A leader is that person who strives and motivates other people to express their ideas for a greater good, a boss uses his power to impose the rules and make him believe better without needing the authorization of his employees.
What are the types of leaders?
Autocratic: type of leadership in which the decisions are based on the ideas and judgment of the leader.
Democratic: encourage the participation of the other members of the team, as well as letting them to decide about their function
Laissez-Faire
Lack of leadership by the leader who lets others make the decisions and take actions.
Personally, I consider that a good leader is much better than a boss since that leader helps you and strives for the greater good, on the other hand, the boss may not listen to you if he doesn't want to.
